William Kilmartin - Vp Sales:

Mr. William Kilmartin career has covered a range of activities. He was a successful general contractor, running crews and building houses in the Los Angeles area. He is a professionally trained personal counselor and has extensively worked as such, having successfully counseled hundreds.

But Mr. Kilmartin’s real love is technology. He took apart and reassembled his first computer when he was 9 years old, when he also learned to write in BASIC, and has been playing with them ever since.

He went to work for Executive Software (now Diskeeper) just to be around technology and discovered he was in fact a great salesman. He quickly climbed the ranks from being the highest performing lead generator to being the highest performing sales representative in the company, all the while getting to know the DEC VAX/VMS systems on a technical level.

Mr. William Kilmartin joined IDT as VP Sales with the understanding that we would allow him to play with the toys in the RD lab once in a while.
